Homeless Woman Arrested at Catt County Building Wednesday

A Homeless woman was arrested at the Cattaraugus County Building in Olean Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Chelsea Tarr on an active Cattaraugus County Violation of Probation Warrant.

Tarr was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending arraignment.
