A Portville man was arrested after a domestic incident early Thursday morning.
New York State Police charged 32-year-old Bryan Keith Hathaway with felony criminal contempt for a physical violation of an order of protection, felony burglary and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Hathaway was previously arrested for a trespassing incident at the same time.
He was held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
