An Olean man who is an inmate at the Cattaraugus County Jail was arrested on a warrant last Friday.
Salamanca Police arrested 30-year-old Marvin Shantler on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Salamanca Court.
Shantler was turned back over to the Custody of the Cattaraugus County Jail.
