State Police Looking for Dirt Bike Operator Who Allegedly Damaged Property at Kinzua Wastewater Plant

The Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the owner of a red dirt bike involved in a hit and run accident at the Kinzua Wastewater Treatment Plant on May 16.

The operator allegedly crashed into a security card terminal, causing about $10,000 worth of damages, and leaving the scene without notifying anyone.
