A Bradford resident was arrested after a traffic stop on Route 417 in Carrollton Saturday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Dempsey Z. Rogers on an active warrant issued out of the Alfred Police Department.
Rogers was taken into custody and then turned over to the Alfred Police for further proceedings.
