A Hinsdale man was charged after a series of suspicious fires Sunday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 61-year-old David W Goldsmith with Arson and three counts of Reckless Endangerment.
Goldsmith was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hinsdale court at a later date.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fires.
