A Wellsville man was arrested on an Olean warrant after being seen by patrol walking on Main Street in Salamanca Thursday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Ricky L. Armstrong Jr. on an active bench warrant out of Olean City Court.
Armstrong was transported to the Olean Police Department where he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will be held, awaiting further court proceedings.
