A Kane man was charged with allegedly giving medication prescribed to him to a teenage girl from Warren after a reported domestic incident at a Dawson Street address in Kane.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 50-year-old Ronald Martin with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
