Three homeless people were charged Sunday morning after allegedly breaking into the condemned OYO Hotel.
City of Bradford Police charged 31-year-old Christopher J. Colts, 66-year-old David Wayne Faust and 41-year-old Heather A. Wilson with felony trespassing.
The arrests were the result of a property check due to a broken rear glass door.
Officers discovered the three hiding inside the building, specifically in rooms #306 and #428, living in the building despite it having no power, heat, or water.
Faust, Colts & Wilson were remanded to McKean County Jail, each on $5,000 cash bail.
