A Wellsville man was charged Wednesday evening with a weapons felony after an incident reported in Willing on June 12.
New York State Police charged 31-year-old Cherokee Scott Pensyl with felony possession of a weapon with a previous conviction.
Pensyl was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
