Olean Man Charged with DWI with A Child in the Vehicle in Cuba

An Olean man was charged after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Cuba late Friday night.

Cuba Police charged 40-year-old Justin R. Bradley with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, endangering the welfare of a child, DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08% and failure to notify the DMV of an address change.

Bradley was sent to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment.
