18-Year-Old Arrested for Stabbing Teen in Olean

An Olean teenager was charged after allegedly stabbing a 16-year-old boy multiple times on the 700 block of South 7^th St early Wednesday morning.

Olean Police charged 18-year-old Devan Smith Bell for felony Assault, felony possession of a weapon and Endangering the welfare of a child.

The Victim was transported to E.C.M.C. and is recovering.
