Franklinville Man Arrested on Salamanca Warrant at Carrollton Gas Station

A Franklinville man was arrested on a warrant at Papa’s Place in Carrollton Sunday night.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Cory A. Foster on an active warrant out of the Salamanca Police Department.

Foster was turned over to the Salamanca Police Department for further proceedings.
