A Salamanca man was charged Monday evening with several felonies after a disturbance in Portville reported on June 28.
New York State Police charged 36-year-old Chandler Richard Cooper with two separate felony counts of criminal mischief.
Cooper was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
