An Ellicottville man was arrested Sunday evening in connection to a civil disturbance reported in Hinsdale on Thursday.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 38-year-old Eric J. Halbert with criminal mischief.
Halbert is accused of damaging a bystander’s vehicle and was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear at Hinsdale Town Court at a later date.
