A Keating Township man was arrested after a car chase in Smethport Friday morning.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 31-year-old David Cabisca was charged with fleeing and eluding police.
The charges stem from Cabisca allegedly refusing to pull over for state troopers on W State St which let to a pursuit all the way to N Marvin St.
Cabisca was remanded to McKean County Jail awaiting arraignment.
