A Bradford man was arrested on drug charges on Saturday.
City of Bradford Police charged 37-year-old Christopher James Colts with possession of marijuana after an officer allegedly encountered Colts sleeping under the Forman St. overpass.
Colts allegedly attempting to conceal his identity by covering his face with a red bag.
Due to his failure to comply, Colts was tazed.
Colts had an outstanding arrest warrant for an incident reported at a Bushnell Street High Rise apartment on May 27; where he allegedly blew cigarette smoke until the alarm went off on purpose.
The warrant held the charges for disorderly conduct and issuing a false alarm.
During a pat-down search at the police department, a small baggie of marijuana was discovered in Colt’s pocket.
Colts was remanded to jail in lieu of $500 bail.
