Allegany Man Charged with Felony at Walmart

An Allegany man was charged with a felony after an incident at Walmart last Wednesday.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 31-year-old Devin M. Frisicaro with felony burglary, petit larceny and trespass.

Frisicaro was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
