An Olean man was arrested on multiple felonies after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Allegany Thursday night.
New York State Police charged 27-year-old Mark S. Smith with felony DWI with a previous conviction within 10 years and felony aggravated unlicensed operations due to a permanent revocation.
Smith was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
