An Allegany resident was charged with multiple felonies after allegedly driving while intoxicated Friday evening.
New York State Police charged 55-year-old Jesse J. Seamon with felony DWI with a previous conviction and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
Seamon was released on their own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
