A Bradford man was charged last Sunday after allegedly threatening a woman with a pair of scissors during an incident at an E Main St residence.
The City of Bradford Police charged 42-year-old Patrick Michael Carpenter with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.
The charges stem from the woman, who lives at the address, confronting Carpenter over unpaid rent.
Carpenter allegedly shoved the victim and grabbed a pair of scissors, threatening her.
The victim initially retreated but returned upstairs after hearing another woman screaming.
Carpenter had allegedly threatened other individuals in the home at knife-point and attempted to cut or slice one of the victims.
Carpenter was remanded to McKean County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
