A pair of Kill Buck residents were charged following a welfare check in Great Valley Friday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 36-year-old Debra J. Wilder-Bullett and 32-year-old Lacy P. Wilder with acting in a manner injurious to a child.
Lacy was additionally charged with tattooing a child under 18.
Debra and Lacy were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
