A Great Valley man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on I-86 in Salamanca Friday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 36-year-old Jesse C. Bartlett Jr with Tampering with Physical Evidence, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Trespass.
Deputies as well as K9 Cash and K9 Echo allegedly discovered methamphetamine and fentanyl in the vehicle.
It was also discovered that Bartlett Jr. had an active Exclusion Order through the Seneca Nation of Indians excluding him from all SNI Territory’s.
Bartlett Jr. was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail and is due in the City of Salamanca Court at a later date for further proceedings.
