A Wellsville woman was charged in Amity Wednesday morning with a theft originally reported in Wellsville on July 9.
New York State Police charged 49-year-old Meghan E. Gonzales with three separate counts of petit larceny and official misconduct for a public servant performing an illegal action.
Gonzales was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
