The Yankees kept rolling in Baltimore, beating the Orioles 5-to-3 Wednesday night at Camden Yards. Ben Rice went deep for his 34th homer of the season, and Ryan McMahon and rookie George Lombard Junior both drove in runs to back a solid start from Will Warren, who worked into the game on 90 pitches before handing it to the bullpen — Tim Hill and Fernando Cruz combined to close it out.
The win is New York’s third straight, improving them to 71-and-55 as they continue to hold the top American League Wild Card spot. The Yankees and Orioles wrap up the series Thursday at Camden Yards.
