A Cuba man was arrested on multiple drug charges in Olean late Wednesday night.
New York State Police charged 54-year-old charged Dennis M. Rockwood with two separate counts of possession of a controlled substance and two separate counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Rockwood was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
