A Franklinville man was charged after an incident at the Allegany Walmart Saturday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 38-year-old Eric J. Halbert with Criminal Mischief.
Eric was processed and released on an appearance ticket and is due back in Allegany Town Court at a later date.
