Olean Man Charged with Domestic Incident in Portville

An Olean man was charged after a domestic dispute reported in Portville early this morning.

New York State Police charged 23-year-old Alan Michael Schultz-Cone with criminal obstruction of breathing.

Schultz-Cone was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
