An Olean man was charged with a felony after allegedly driving while intoxicated early this morning.
New York State Police charged 44-year-old Cody J. Meyer with DWI, unauthorized use of a vehicle and felony aggravated unlicensed operation after a permanent revocation.
Meyer was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
