An Olean man was charged with a felony after allegedly driving while intoxicated Friday night.
New York State Police charged 19-year-old Julio Nathan Ruiz with felony aggravated DWI with a prior conviction within 10 years and for having a passenger under 16, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.
Ruiz was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
