A Rochester man was arrested on a felony charge after a traffic stop in Olean Monday night.
New York State Police charged 32-year-old Johnny Jakeem Jackson with felony aggravated unlicensed operation after a permanent revocation.
Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
