A Port Allegany man was arrested on multiple charges after a traffic stop on Route 6 in Liberty Township.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 55-year-old Johnny Kagarise with DUI on drugs, multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
