A Cuba man was arrested on a felony charge after domestic incident.
Cuba Police charged 32-year-old Colby A. Smith with a felony aggravated family offense, assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief for disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call to police, unlawful imprisonment and menacing.
Smith was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
