A Napoli man was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop on Washington St in Salamanca on Thursday evening.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Khristerpher M. Ellis on an active Exclusion Order from the Seneca Nation of Indians.
The Seneca Nation Marshals were notified and issued Ellis an appearance ticket for Peacemakers Court.
Ellis was then processed and released on an appearance ticket for the charge of Trespass.
Ellis is due in the City of Salamanca Court at a later date for further proceedings.
