A Portville man was arrested on a warrant after an unrelated arrest by the Bolivar Police Department Thursday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Jonathan E. Stanton on an active arrest warrant out of Portville Town Court for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Stanton was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
