A Bradford man charged with sex offenses against two minors over several years has been determined by a judge to meet the statutory definition to be classified as a Sexually Violent Predator.
Daryl Robinson Jr. pled guilty to Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Rape of a Child, Trafficking in Individuals, Photographing Child in a state of nudity, and other crimes during a conference in June.
“Sexually violent predator” is defined in Pennsylvania as a person who has been convicted of a sexually violent offense and who is determined to be a sexually violent predator due to a mental abnormality or personality disorder that makes them likely to engage in predatory sexually violent offenses.
Robinson will be sentenced for his crimes on December 3rd.
