A Ceres man was charged after an incident in Great Valley Sunday morning.
New York State Police charged 33-year-old Garrett J. McLaughlin with criminal contempt for violating a court order.
McLaughlin was also connected to a reported injury in a vehicle accident crashing into private property
McLaughlin was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
