A Bradford man was charged with attacking a woman holding a baby at an Elm St residence.
City of Bradford Police charged 26-year-old Devin James Ortz with felony endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and harassment.
The charges stem from Ortz allegedly assaulting a woman, causing multiple injuries.
Ortz then forcibly threw the woman onto a bed while she was holding their one-year-old child and allegedly continued the assault while the child was being held.
Ortz was remanded to McKean County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
Ortz waived his preliminary hearing and all charges are held in the McKean County Court of Common Pleas for the next phase.
