A St. Marys teen was charged after a car chase early Saturday morning.
St. Marys Police charged 19-year-old Justin Leo Herbstritt with felony fleeing and eluding police, driving under the influence, criminal mischief, underage drinking and related traffic offenses.
The charges stem from an attempted traffic stop near W. Wehr Road.
The chase ended when Herbstritt allegedly crashed his vehicle on a construction site on private property off W. Eschbach Road, causing damage to the site.
