A Wellsville man was arrested on multiple charges after a reported vandalism in Belmont Thursday night.
New York State Police charged 35-year-old Patrick W. Gallagher with criminal mischief for intent to damage property, obstruction of governmental administration, criminal contempt for disobeying a court order and resisting arrest.
Gallagher was held for central arraignment.
