The Pittsburgh Steelers are alone in first place in the AFC North. They beat the Browns 27-6 Sunday at Acrisure Stadium to improve to six and two, and they avenged that three-point loss in Cleveland on October first.
Jaylen Warren ran for one hundred forty-three yards on seventeen carries, tying his career high, and scored a touchdown. Aaron Rodgers was thirteen of twenty-five for one hundred seventy-two yards. Tight end Darnell Washington caught three passes for a career-high ninety-four. And Pat Freiermuth’s one-yard touchdown, with one second left in the first half, made it twenty to six.
The defense was the story. Eight sacks. T.J. Watt had two, giving him twenty and a half career sacks against Cleveland, the most by any player against the Browns.
After the bye week, the Steelers play Sunday night, November fifteenth, at Cincinnati.
