A Salamanca man was charged after three separate incidents reported this weekend.
Salamanca Police charged 59-year-old Wesley D. Kindt with Trespass once late Friday night and once late Saturday afternoon
Kindt was issued appearance tickets to appear in court at a later date.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office also charged Kindt with trespass after he allegedly entered the Allegany Walmart Sunday night after being previously banned from the store.
Kindt was issued an appearance ticket in this case as well and is due at Allegany Tow Court at a later date.
