A Gowanda man was charged after a hit-and-run in Salamanca Tuesday afternoon.
Salamanca Police charged 54-year-old James B. Musall with Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Physical Injury and Failure to Exercise Due Care to Avoid Collision with a Pedestrian.
Musall was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.
