A Portville man was arrested on a warrant in Salamanca on Wednesday morning.
Salamanca Police arrested 42-year-old Jason C. Swan on a Bench Warrant for the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Swan was transferred to the custody of the Cattaraugus County deputies.
