The Sabres say that forward Scott Wilson, who was injured at practice on Sunday had surgery Monday to repair an ankle fracture. The team says Wilson will be sidleined eight to 10 weeks. The 26 year-old Wilson was going to be an important piece for the Sabres while playing a bottom-six role.
