An Ohio man is charged with indecent assault following an incident earlier this month in Elk County.
Police say 26-year-old Daniel Paladino of Northfield gave a 21-year-old Wilcox woman a ride home from the Dam Inn and, during the ride, tried to kiss her and touched her breasts.
Paladino is also charged with harassment with physical contact.
