A Ludlow man found with 30 stamp bags of heroin in Warren has been sentenced to four to 12 months in Warren County Jail.
45-year-old Steven Blankenship also had spoons, syringes and straws in his pickup truck.
Blankenship is also facing charges in Chautauqua County, where he and another man took police on a high speed chase, when they hit several other vehicles, and then tried to run away.
