Two men have been charged with stealing two vehicles from the Monroe Muffler shop in Bradford last weekend. Foster Township Police have charged 19 year-old Nathan Swain of Bradford and 19 year-old Braxton Reese of Eldred with taking a 1995 Ford Ranger and 2000 Dodge Neon from the business. They were notified Wednesday that a Dodge Neon, matching the description, was spotted by Smethport Police after nearly running a McKean County Sheriff’s Department vehicle off the road. They then arrested Reese and charged him with DUI and other traffic violations. Swain was later arrested at his home and charged with theft after the Ford Ranger was found near Hilltop Road after it ran out of gas.
