A Chautauqua County man has pled guilty to a sex charge involving a three year old child in April of 2017.
35 year old Steven Morris, Jr. of Cassadaga entered the plea to one felony count of a criminal sexual act in Chautauqua County court on Friday. Morris was also originally charged with predatory sexual assault against a child when he was arrested in June of 2017.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 23rd.
