Robert Deppa
A man has been charged with possession and the sale of methamphetamine on two separate dates. The charges were filed against 31 year-old Robert Deppa of Red House, NY after a lengthy investigation in Salamanca by the Southern tier Regional Drug Task Force.
A Machias woman has been arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Police charged 57 year-old Debra Davis for unlawful disposal of meth, too. She is in the Cattaragus County Jail on $50,000 bail.
